Fairmoney seek to raise N4 billion in under commercial paper programme


MyCredit Investments Limited (the company or issuer), trading as FairMoney , has announced the launch of its Series III Commercial Paper (CP) issuance, valued at up to ₦4.0 billion. This move is part of the company's ₦10.0 billion Commercial Paper Programme. The 270-day tenor CP issuance aims to raise funds to support Fairmoney's short-term funding requirements, as part of its asset-liability management.

Fairmoney Nigeria, a pioneer in digital lending, has disbursed over ₦500 billion in loans since 2017, cementing its position as a leading financial services provider in Nigeria. Fairmoney has demonstrated the ability to raise funds from the domestic markets through its debut Commercial Paper Issue of ₦2.5bn in 2023 and sophomore Issue of ₦1.69bn in 2024.  Offer Opens on Thursday, 14 November 2024, and closes on Offer Close on Thursday, 21 November 2024. Maturity Date has been set for Tuesday, 19 August 2025
